Researchers, clinicians, educators and policymakers in low- and middle-income regions have long been shut out of current research and the tools to produce it.
Cortex Dao wants to help close that gap. We intend to take part in programs that provide free or reduced-cost access to research outputs, datasets and compute for institutions in developing regions.
Where grant rounds and compute pricing are set by governance, we will propose dedicated allocations for these institutions so access does not depend on location or budget.
