1. Intellectual property

Apart from content you choose to submit, Cortex Dao and its licensors own the rights to the material on the Site. You may view it for your own information, subject to the limits below.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• republish, sell, sublicense or otherwise commercialize Site material without permission;
• use the Site in a way that harms it or limits anyone else's access to it;
• use the Site against applicable law or to harm any person or business;
• scrape, mine or harvest data from the Site outside the Text and Data Mining policy;
• use the Site for advertising or marketing without written consent.

3. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" with all faults. Cortex Dao makes no representations or warranties of any kind about the Site or its content. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or medical advice.

$CORTEXDAO is a utility and governance token. It is not equity and gives no right to profits, revenue or assets. Digital assets are volatile; only act with funds you can afford to lose.

4. Limitation of liability

Cortex Dao and its contributors are not liable for anything arising from your use of the Site, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, including indirect or consequential loss.

5. Wallet connections

Connecting a wallet only shares your public address with your own browser session. We never ask for a seed phrase or private key and never ask you to sign a transaction to verify an account.

6. Changes and governing law

We may revise these terms at any time; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws that apply to you and to the Site's operators, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
